We believe that working in partnership with parents is vital for students to progress and to enhance their wellbeing.
We will communicate with parents and carers regularly in the following ways:

- Social media
The email address we use for parent/carer messaging is the one you submitted when your child first started at Pool Academy, unless you have notified us otherwise. You can check or update contact details through Arbor or please contact enquiries@poolacademy.co.uk.
