We want your child to achieve whatever goal they put their mind to and at Pool Academy, we are passionate about supporting students through the process of deciding upon the direction they take after finishing school. We provide impartial guidance and advice on further education, training or employment across KS3 and KS4 and involve many outside agencies such as employers and education providers.
We update careers information regularly at the start of each teaching cycle.

Here at Pool Academy we are lucky to work with a number of individuals who can make a real difference to the lives of our students. Our new employment advisor, Clare Trice, is one such person.
Having become more involved with skills and education through volunteering with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Clare is passionate about connecting people and hopes to contribute to helping young people make connections in the business community. She has already used her connections to support our popular mock interview days and we look forward to working closely with her over the coming months.
